You can buy ones which are adjustable so don’t squeeze into the one you like the most, get measured properly. Helmets can and have saved lives.
Before you go out for your first ride, whether it is with Breeze or with friends, if you need to build your confidence, find a quiet road or an empty car park and practise riding your bike. Parks can sometimes be quiet and a good place to practise, but check before you get onto the saddle that you are allowed to ride in there. Some parks prohibit cycling.
